Friday, November 16th is Grandparent's Day at CBMS from 10 am - 1 pm!   
THIS WILL BE A HALF DAY WITH A 1:00 pm DISMISSAL. There will be NO ASE. 

 IMPORTANT: Please RSVP HERE by November 9th and include the number of attendees, their full names, and the name your child calls them, (ex. "Nana", "Pa Pa")
This special event is an opportunity for your child's grandparent/s (or special friend/s) to visit the classroom communities from 10 - 11 am. After the classroom visits,grandparents and children are invited to stay and eat lunch from 11- 1 pm on the students’ playground/outdoor area.  We will provide the turkey for each community and are asking each family to bring a side dish or dessert. (Look for the Sign-up Genius to select the item(s) you would like to bring.) 

 If your child's grandparent is not available, other special relatives/friends are welcome to attend. If your child will not have a guest on this day, we highly suggest they stay home to prevent any disappointments and further disruption to their day. 

 Sign out sheets will be located in each classroom. Students must be signed out of their classrooms upon leaving to go eat lunch or to be picked up by 1 pm.  Once the student is signed out of the classroom, students may not be signed back in for any reason.  The adult who has signed the student out will now be fully responsible for the safety and whereabouts of the student.
