Our physical education program is a functional fitness program that utilizes the National Association for Sports and Physical Education (NASPE) standards. The strength and conditioning program is specifically designed for children and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

In a group setting, students participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be functionally fit and well rounded future athletes.  

With younger students, our focus is on creating a love of movement.  We pay additional attention to mobility and functional movement. Developing efficient, safe, and functional strength and movement patterns builds a base that allows our students to harness that energy in whatever forms are necessary in the future.  Whether it be a game of ultimate Frisbee, lifting a heavy box, or climbing a mountain, our students will have the foundation to participate.
