Other Activities
‘Early Bird’ and After School Enrichment (ASE) programs are available for children over three years old. Here, children are greeted as early as 7:00 each morning. Aftercare begins at 12:00 p.m. for ages 2 and up. These children stay for lunch, storytime and a nap (if required). Likewise, when class is dismissed at 3:00 p.m., the 5 to 11 year olds can spend the afternoon in a relaxed atmosphere of outdoor play, crafts and games. The ASE program is available until 6:00 p.m. on days when school is in session.
Extra Curricular Classes (ENCORE) are offered periodically in 8 to 10 week sessions. These are held after school and are designed for specific age groups and interests. Examples are: cooking, chess, art, keyboarding, karate, legos, etc.
