School Structure
CBMS is a non-profit educational corporation (501c3). As such it fosters a community spirit in its families who invest their time, talent and financial support. It is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of current and past parents, as well as other community leaders. The Board is responsible for the overall welfare of the school, including budget approval, tuition rates, fundraising, school policies and goals. The Board hires the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Academic Director and the Business Manager who are responsible for programs, staffing, and day to day operations. The Parent Advisory Board (PAB) organizes the special events and family socials for the school.
